Raelene is the Founder and CEO of Origin Leadership Consulting, with 10 years of experience in collaborative and restorative leadership, and has worked with not-for-profit and for-profit organizations. She has an extensive background in communication, strategic planning, marketing initiatives, project management, team and leadership coaching, program and training development, and curriculum design and facilitation (virtual and in-person) with a focus on Indigenous cultural respect and safety, working with marginalized communities both nationally and internationally. Through this work, Raelene has developed a deep understanding of the power of human connections in driving meaningful change.
