We are excited to share our newest program: Creating an Online Classroom and developing your first Online Course that is fully owned and informed by your community or organization, and accessible to everyone.
We are seeing more and more that most online classrooms don't hit the mark. They often come with generic content, rooted in Western ideas, and fail to connect. Reimagine Education That Honours Tradition is here to change that, bridging physical distances with courses that are meaningful and feel close to home in your own organization or community classroom.
This initiative is inclusive of the community, where we hire/work with local language speakers, and cultural knowledge keepers to develop culturally specific online courses and training programs, that are not only available on computers and ipads but can be completed on mobile devices.
It includes a fully developed Train the Trainer/Train the Case Manager (depending on needs), workshop, and implementation road map. This initiative aims to enhance people's relationship with online education and employment opportunities by creating personal and professional development programs using approaches that are culturally relevant for each community.
